List of documents required for opening of correspondent account in Russian rubles (for foreign financial institutions)  
1. Application for opening of account
2. Copy of statutory documents of financial institution
3. Copy of document which confirms state registration of financial institution
4. List of signatures of persons authorized to operate account
5. Document which confirms registration at Russian tax authorities
 
Documents issued outside Russia shall be legalized either by embassy (consulate) of Russia abroad or by foreign embassy (consulate) in Russia. Instead of legalization documents can be apostilled by the respective body in your country.
