Strategy and mission
The mission of the Bank is to retain its sound customer base and at the same time conquer an additional share of the banking services market. To achieve this, the Bank relies on the following key elements:
- a stable, constant and universal development of the Bank so that it may meet the growing demands of its clientele on the highest professional level;
- a closely-knit team of highly qualified, initiative-driven professionals who always keep in mind the results of their actions;
- a high level of hard-earned recognition which allows customers of RosEvroBank to benefit from it.
The mission determines the Bank's raison d'etre, the foremost directions of its further development and encompasses the following strategies:
- The principal value for the Bank is its clientele. The Bank works for its customers and exists in order to meet their requirements. The Bank's success depends on the degree of satisfaction of each and every customer with the services rendered. Thus, a high level of customer satisfaction needs to be achieved to guarantee the Bank's well-being.
- The Bank does not divide customers according to size or their financial standing as the Management of the Bank is of the opinion that it is important for every account manager to know how to deal successfully with any kind of customer. Services rendered and products offered must be of high quality at any level.
- Traditionally, the Bank pays special attention to co-operation with Russian producers as this client segment is seen as having good growth perspectives.
- It is the policy of the Bank to avoid co-operation with any entities connected with extremism, nationalism and other forms of radicalism as well as with companies with doubtful reputation.
